

Due to an increased volume of work, we are looking for someone to come and work with us on a wide range of urban and rural planning and development work, predominantly across the Midlands as well as wider parts of the UK.
We are a team of three currently comprised of a Surveyor/Planner and Valuer, a Surveyor and administration support as well as a resident office dog. Our office is in Bewdley, North Worcestershire. We advise a wide range of clients from individuals to charities and developers to large organisations on a wide range of property matters.
If you are a Planning Consultant who wants to do things differently and get on with it within a growing company established in 2019, we would love to hear from you! At this stage this is, we acknowledge, a relatively informal post to see who is out there and may be interested.
We are relatively flexible as to the role and terms for the right person. This will be a full time post but which would be part-home based as long as you are capable of doing what is required of you within the required timescales without us having to nag you. Due to dual qualification our work is wide ranging and includes valuation and rural consultancy but on this occasion interested applicants must be a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or Chartered Development Surveyor (MRICS – who has qualified through the planning and development pathway).
Whilst full support would be given applicants must be capable of working independently across a range of planning work from pre-applications to full application, prior approval to condition discharges, development appraisals and appeal and everything in between. The right person will be who is motivated and the right fit with us and who, equally, we can support as to career aspirations too.
Likely salary between £30,000 – £35,000/year depending on experience.
