We have a strong background in rural consultancy, and estate management, and are able to assist with a variety of matters including:
- Landlord and Tenant matters (Farm Business Tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies, Grazing Licences, Common Law Agreements and Business Tenancies) for agricultural and equestrian use;
- Compensation claims for utilities, such as water pipes, undergoing repair or installation across land and property from receipt of initial notices, mitigation of loss and finalising claims. In most cases the body requiring access will pay agent’s fees for you;
- Business appraisals for business planning and/or supporting documentation to prove agricultural need for rural worker dwellings as part of a planning application. This can be done as a standalone document or in conjunction with an application we are submitting – the latter removing the need for two companies which assists with costings.
Eleni and Beth have graduated from the Royal Agricultural College (now University) and Harper Adams University with masters/undergraduate degrees respectively. Both have qualified through the RICS rural pathway as Chartered Surveyors where agriculture is a mandatory competency. Eleni is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
