Planner and/or Surveyor
Worcestershire (or surrounding Counties)
Due to an ever increasing volume of work, I am looking for someone to come and work with me on what is a very wide range of work, predominantly across Worcestershire and the Midlands (office in Bewdley).
If you are a Planning Consultant or a Surveyor (who has an interest, ability or desire to do planning work) and who wants to do things differently and get on with it, I would love to hear from you!
At this stage this is, I acknowledge, a relatively informal post to see who is out there and may be interested.
I am relatively flexible as to the role and terms for the right people. This can be part-time, part-home based, consultancy etc. as long as you are capable of doing what is required of you within the required timescales without me having to nag you. I can agree a role around the right skill set.
Due to dual qualification my work is wide ranging meaning and I am happy to speak to both planning surveyors (if you are a registered valuer, bonus!) and/or planning consultants. More about the type of work I do (and that you would be doing!) on my website (www.eldnarconsultancy.co.uk).
Flexible as to career stage and experience but really it is about a person who is motivated and the right fit with me and who, equally, I can support as to career aspirations too.
